Community Guidelines
Pinduin is a place to share goals and cheer each other on. Whether you're posting to a board, chatting in a huddle, or sharing an entry with a contact, these guidelines keep our shared spaces supportive and safe. They're here to guide good judgment, not to be a rulebook for its own sake.
Improve the discussion
Help make every conversation a little better. Before you post, ask whether it adds something — encouragement, a useful idea, a genuine question. The people here are working on real goals; treat them, and their goals, with respect.
Be kind, especially when you disagree
Disagreement is fine. Criticize ideas, not people. Avoid name‑calling, personal attacks, and knee‑jerk contradiction — offer a reasoned, supportive response instead. Pinduin is built for support, not point‑scoring.
Keep it civil and safe
Keep content clean and family‑friendly. No harassment, hate speech, threats, bullying, impersonation, or sharing someone else's private information. Don't spam, scam, or post content that isn't appropriate for a community of students and student‑athletes. A good test: would this be okay to read out loud in a classroom?
Respect privacy
What others share in a huddle or a private board stays there. Don't screenshot, repost, or forward someone else's content without their permission. Share only your own stuff, and don't post material that infringes someone else's copyright or other rights.
Your participation counts
Use the tools — comments, reactions, sharing, and reporting — to lift the community up. Leave it better than you found it.
If you see a problem, report it
Moderators help keep things healthy, but everyone shares the responsibility. If you see something that breaks these guidelines, report it rather than engaging — engagement often amplifies bad behavior. Pinduin staff may remove content or suspend accounts that put the community at risk.
Powered by you
This community works because of the people in it. Have an idea to make it better? Share it on the feedback board — Buddy and the team are listening.
