Time for the Hollaaahhh #2.
On this episode although there are sooooo many things going on there is only one thing that I am gonna hollah! Our Peggy wants to find a new Buddy contest has been expanded, cloned, continued into a contest to find up to 3 new designs for Peggy’s new Buddies – “The Buddy Series”. Make sure to get in and vote or submit your own design.
And okay, only one hollah is not completely true because here is a little shout out here – we want to talk to you about Pinduin and making it great so we are going to be sending surveys out to the friends and family that our Pinduin community tells us about so please spread the word. We are so thankful for the great feedback we have gotten already, but we need more and we need more than just talk now. We are going to start more registration activities soon. We are already beginning to play with some ideas with our pre-launch users and will continue to open up more and more of the Pinduin community as soon as we figure out what is the content and stuff that you mostly want to hear about and get done.
Pinduin and Pinduers want to get stuff done and help you get stuff done so we don’t mind putting first things first.

Recently, I made it to all of my practices on time, I am feeling pretty doggone early and awesome.
Winding down into playoffs and March Madness is always a time to reflect on the season for me. This got me thinking about how much the team has grown since we started and I am really proud of the progress we have made as a team.

So, I guess you are sitting there and thinking what is up with this guy! The Humpday Hollah! Really?!?!
Well, as a matter of fact, yes, really! The Hollah is your “halfway there” pick me up. It is the halfway mark of the week , but it could also be the halfway mark of the month or of your next big dream. No matter what, we like to celebrate along the way and the “Hollah” is just a little celebration halfway along the way!
This is our first Hollah and we are celebrating the great feedback that we have received from our early talks with you our Pinduin community. I am excited to see how Pinduin shapes and grows, but I know we got a long road ahead of us. We will be launching more contests and surveys to help us find out the stuff you want to hear about, so stay tuned and help us to be better, faster.

First Post…And Contest!
Welcome to Pinduin!
This is my first post and the first contest here at Pinduin. If you didn’t already do it then go and check out more about Pinduin and, of course, get registered so you can start making your dreams come true too. We are getting close to launching Pinduin.com and I am really excited to get your feedback about the features you love and the features you would love to see. (Note: You need to be logged in to see the Pinduin Feedback board.)
But first thing’s first, let’s make a dream come true…The contest!
Peggy Penguin, the Pinduin mascot, is going to a dance on the 14th of March 2015 and we need to find her a new buddy to go with her.
I have decided to launch Peggy’s Pinduin board with a contest for the site in order to help her:
“Find a new buddy by Friday, March 13th at 1902 CET”
I know this is a strange time, but it stands for 7:02 PM in Central Europe which is exactly 7:02 AM (in the morning) at the South Pole in Antarctica which is exactly the time that Peggy Penguin wakes up. And she needs to know by then because she and her new buddy are going to the dance the evening of Saturday the 14th and that gives her exactly 10 hours and 58 minutes to get ready. Can you figure out what time that is where you live? Fun, fun, fun!
Anyway, here is what you can do:
- Stay tuned for our launch
- Find Peggy’s Pinduin board and join in on the fun.
- See what “to do’s” need to be started, which ones we are ‘duin and which ones are done. Let us know what you think.
- Then it is your turn, create your own “to do” on Peggy’s Pinduin board that describes your ideas, thoughts, drawings, or pictures of who you think should be Peggy’s new buddy.
You have to hurry though, we want to get all the “To Do’s” all the ways to “Done” by March 13th so that we can choose a Winner and make Peggy’s dream come true!
We will be launching the site and Peggy’s Pinduin board soon so leave a comment for us on our public feedback page and we will be sure to inform you as soon as it is up.
In the meantime, you can get started now with your ideas and if you need some inspiration then you can find an easy how to draw a cartoon penguin here. I am looking forward to seeing all your great ideas. Have fun!!!
btw, Peggy’s Pinduin board is a special board that will allow you to add pictures so have fun because that feature won’t be available for long!
